Any men have pains in pelvic area & tip of penis with bladder ca?

Hello my name is Taylor age 47. I was diagnosed with high grade bladder cancer with surgery scheduled for Aug. the 20th. Any men on here ever have pains in the pelvic area and tip of penis as a symptom of bladder cancer? Thanks

@tacoma, good luck with your upcoming surgery. Has your cancer been staged yet or will that be done after surgery? Did your cancer team say the pain is related to the cancer? How was it initially discovered?

The stage will be found out after surgery. They said the pain could be related to the cancer. I was having urgency to urinate and pain during urination so the had me get a CT scan thinking it may be a kidney stone. The CT scan showed a mass in the bladder and a later bladder wash confirmed high grade carcinoma. Just seems like the pain is worse and more often lately.

Yes I experienced pain and the doctor thought it could be urinary infection. It wasn't. It was the "normal" pain experienced with infusion treatments. Lasted about a day after treatment and ebbs.
