Pain from sarcodosis, lupus and sjogrens

Hi. I have sarcodosis, lupus and sjogrens. I have noticed I’ve been getting Granulomas all over the place now and they are very painful. I had to have hand surgery because I had so many on my hand. I’m just wondering what everyone does to help with the pain from them. I’m frustrated because I don’t know what to do anymore I’m in pain all the time. Thank you all
