Pain and swelling on my right TKR. I had the last replacement in 2014

I had a TKR in 2012, had problems with it because it wouldn't straighten out, had a manipulation done but still had the same problem. I went to a Doctor that does revisions in 2014, and it turned out that I had MRSA from the 1st surgery. I had another surgery but do to the infection I had a spacer put in for 3 months along with a pic line.
Had my revision done in July 2014 everything was fine until I fell in 2016. I fell flat on my face but protected my kneecap from hitting the floor. Had x-rays done by the Dr. and he said knee is intact, but I have this swelling and pain on the inner part below my knee that doesn't let up especially when sleeping. I went to a new Dr. who took more e-rays of my knee and my back and said that my knee is intact but said my L4-L5 are causing me the problems. I hardly get pain from my buttock to my knee and feel that there is an issue either with a muscle or tendons that is causing the pain and swelling. So now the most recent Dr. told me to go back to my previous Dr. that put my last knee in.
Has anyone had any problem like this. It's like they want to overlook the swelling and pain if the knee is intact.
