Pain 7 weeks after having Half of my Colon removed

Hello,
On November 1st 2023 I had Emergency Surgery and they removed part of my colon and apendix and since Yesteday I am having severe pain in my lower right abdomen. I have had bowel movements. It hurts when I move and am just standing still. It's getting worse and worse. What is wrong and should I go to the ER?
