Pain 4 Yrs Post Total Knee Replacement and 2 Yrs Post Revision Surgery

I am looking for advice. I'm still in severe knee pain 4 yrs after a total knee replacement and 2 yrs after a partial revision. I'm still in debilitating pain despite 3 rounds of PT. I have excellent mobility and strength. So what now?

Details, details and more details. Why did you have a revision done? What type of original TKR did you have and what type of revision? Same surgeon or different? Were you tested for a metal allergy? Where is the pain? Etc.
