Oxygen therapy works?

Posted by Woodelf @suchana95, 2 days ago

Hi, i just want to share my recent Ehlers danlos syndrome and fibromyalgia journey. I’m always struggling with dysautonomia (dizziness, migraine, brain fog, fainting, palpitation, fatigue,…) and musculoskeletal pain until i find out about oxygen therapy. I use it for only a week and my symptoms are all gone instantly. I also exercise regularly and use dysautonomia medications but i recently have not taken any migraine meds.
I just want to know if anyone here finds oxygen useful like me and hope this post can benefit someone with similar conditions.
FYI i use 2L home oxygen concentrator
Again, this is not medical advice and everyone is different, so review this complementary treatment with your doctor before making a decision.

I appreciate knowing about your success with oxygen therapy. I have Dysautonomia and Fibromyalgia. Diagnosed in 2016. I’m struggling with this condition currently. Up until the last 6 months I’ve been able to live somewhat of a normal life with this condition. Nothing like before but somewhat tolerable. I will check into this new treatment because of your information. Thanks.

I feel you. I myself am struggling with this crap for 10 months and just discovered oxygen therapy recently. The home oxygen concentrator is not expensive compared to long-session HBOT and it's safe and easy to use.
I'm still taking mainstream dysautonomia treatment such as meds and compression garment, so I think u should also continue your usual treatment and taking oxygen therapy as a complement.
