Over the counter meds for Osteoporosis

Anyone else take inverted the counter meds for osteoporosis? I do and it works..

I certainly do K2 and magnesium orotate two hours before teriparatide floods my vascular system with calcium.
I rather liked "inverted the counter medications;" sounds subversive.
Which meds do you take that work?
