We did pet scan after 3 cycle of NACT Chemo of taxol and carboplatin .This is one of rarest ovarian cancer where it gets to Adernal glands. Any advice will be very helpful. If surgery is possible or more chemo has to be given.

You'll notice that I removed the document of your medical records. I did this because it contained personal identifying information including full name, patient ID number, address and medical details including the doctor and hospital. We recommend not sharing personal identifying information on a public forum. Please also note that this is a forum for patients and family caregivers and not a place where medical professionals provide medical recommendations.
That being said, connecting with other patients is powerful.
Bibhu, did you discuss the results of the PET scan with your oncologist already? Did she or he suggest continuing with chemotherapy or a different treatment plan?

Thanks @colleenyoung I am very new to this. Doctors have not suggested the new treatment plans yet. Bilateral adrenal gland metastases from ovarian carcinoma is extremely rare.
