Otezla treatment for Bechet’s Disease? Any success?

I was diagnosed with Bechet’s disease in 2024. I get really bad oral sores. I’ve had 12 at one time before. I was on prednisone 5mgs a day for about a year before I started noticing other issues while on it. I’m leery about being put on another medication with all the possible side effects and want to know if anyone had success using Otezla. I should be getting in to see a specialist soon. Has anyone had success with anything else other than medication? I heard that collagen could help? Has anyone tried this or even heard of it? Please any information at this point would help. I just want more answers/ solutions.
