osteoporosis and pelvic prolapse
I am wondering if any women in this discussion group struggle with pelvic floor prolapse and osteoporosis. I have both. If so has anyone had prolapse surgery? since weight training is so important for osteoporosis I am wondering how you have navigated that with prolapse concerns? Can we start a discussion with those of us who have both concerns? I am hoping I am not alone in my struggle with both.

Yes, I had both, even having to have a bladder "and" colon tie up 4 years ago. I never returned to do heavy weights since I was younger (I'm 70 now) due to several back fractures with my severe osteoporosis. But have no problem with lighter weights when my darn back isn't hurting. I started Tymlos a month ago. Surgery was the best thing ever!

I am glad the Femmeze worked for you. It caused alot of irritation for me and triggered my vulvadynia again, so I had to stop. Just another point of reference for everyone. It may be just you need. It is always trial and learning while on this journey.
Just as another perspective I used a Femmez also. It caused irritation for me,so I had to stop. It triggered my vulvadynia again. However, it may be just what someone needs. This journey requires a trial and learning mindset for each of us.
