Oral liken planus
Does anyone else have OLP lesion on lower lip? So difficult to eat... Dr google says it very rare for it to be on the lip. Maybe it lip cancer??

Oral lichen planus does occur on the lip and other areas can be affected by LP as well. It is usually followed for treatment by a dermatologist or oral surgeon.
If you you are concerned about it becoming precancerous a simple shave biopsy can be performed
Have you discussed the diagnosis
with your doctors. What treatment have you tried?
If you have had lots of sun exposure
then you should be examined regularly for follow up.
I have OLP also. I also have LP on my skin and I unfortunately have Esophageal Lichen Planus which is incredibly rare.
OLP and ELP are autoimmune diseases. The autoimmune system is attacking the mucus membranes in the body.
My specialist told me that if the OLP starts to go outside of my mouth he will need to send me to an autoimmune specialist. If it goes into the lips it may spread into the face. A Rheumatologist is also an autoimmune specialist. (Most people think a Rheumatologist only treat conditions like arthritis. But, for example Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disease.)
Take care!❤️
