Onward Arc-Ex Quadriplegia Treatment

Does anyone have experience with the Onward Arc-Ex for paralysis treatment due to spinal cord injury? 60 minutes had a segment on their system where they have had success with their Arc-Ex system with quadriplegia. Several USA centers are currently offering it.
