Odds of having another PJI

I am fighting a resistance pseudonymous after having a cronic wound for over 4years and had my scare from hip replacements reopening up after 2.5 years. I has MSSA a few years ago and and had a THR removed, followed by 2 antibiotic spacers before a new hip. I am currently doing 6weeks of IV antibiotics and the picc line became infected and was replaced with an accucath. I am 4 weeks into my treatment and my leg is starting to swell and brain fogs and dizzy spells are getting worse. What are the odds that the implant is infected again, and what happens if there isn’t enough bone to do another replacement? Several doctors are aware of what’s going on but I can’t get an answer from them. Feels like they are waiting for something
