“Occult” emphysema
Was told after CT scan and PFT was diagnosed with “occult” emphysema. Currently on Brenya . Any others with this issue?

I have “marked” emphysema which means full blown. Definitely due to smoking. If you smoke, please quit. You do not want to be in my position. Also have your Dr check for the gene AATD to see if it’s genetic also. Good luck and wishing you the best.
