Nxgen whole Bone Matrix

My sister has been recommended this product after breaking her femur.
She’s been on Prolia for more than 5 years her Bone Density tests have been good however hospital X-rays show that both legs (femur) are extremely brittle
This could result in further breaks
Has anyone had these issues with Prolia and also is anyone taking the supplement above Thank you reading this
