Numbness in both upper/lower feet and toes.

I had laminectomy surgery 9/2021. Two years later, I noticed my left foot/toes were numb. Now both feet are numb and if I drop something on my foot, it hurts really bad, or even getting a pedicure. Is this due to scar tissue from my surgery? I'm 54 and i hate to think i have to live with this for the rest of my life. I had my legs checked by a neurologist to check my calves and all is good. Frusterated.
