Nose cancer and hearing loss with tinnitus.
I have been diagnosed with nose vestibule cancer and since then have suffered hearing loss, tinnitus, and serious ear pain with no visible signs of ear infection. Has anyone had a similar experience you can share?

I'm sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis. I have never heard of that type. I can relate to your hearing loss/tinnitus. About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease, a vestibular disorder of the inner ear, and lost all hearing in my right ear. I hear a constant high pitched ringing/hissing. You might do some research on Menieres. Although at the time I did experience a terrible episode of vertigo (dizziness). It came and went. Literally room spinning dizziness. In the months that followed I would experience occasional feelings of being slightly dizzy. And I am very prone to motion sickness. But I have luckily never had another room spinning episode. And so far my hearing has remained fairly well in my other ear. There was the tiniest bit of loss.
