No one knows what's wrong lol

Hey guys, it's been a long few years of health issues that have gone in waves of being terrible and then normal. It started fall of 2023, I got extremely sick, fever for 2 weeks, UTI symptoms (no UTI), couldn't eat, constipation, extreme heartburn. Went on for months. Then I was having a lot of pain in my upper right stomach and lower right side, finally got a MRI that showed benign liver FNH. I have had pain on and off with the liver for the last almost two years, its started to clear up and hasn't been an issue in the past 2 months. November of 2024 I started getting lumps in my armpits that would swell up for a few days and then go down. I have gone to multiple doctors when these swell up and they've all either not been able to feel them because my appointment landed when they started going down in size, or they've told me they're just cysts from a deodorant (which I switched after with no change in lumps). I've had tons of blood work come back normal testing for inflammation or CBC panel, and I'm just ready for answers. Has anyone had anything like this?

Have you seen a gastroenterologist for GI/liver issues and/or infectious disease specialist/hematologist to see what was behind your symptoms in 2023 and swollen lymph nodes? Did you have a HIDA scan to check gallbladder function? Pain for extended periods of time on your right abdominal side should not be dismissed.

I was seen recently by a hematologist virtually for my liver problems. It was virtual but because of my liver pain decreasing, and labs/MRI results looking good and on par with FNH she told me I was fine.

I have not had. HIDA, but again, all of my labs for liver and gallbladder function have come back totally good.
It's mainly the lymph nodes that are an issue now. I have one in the left that isn't going down in size now and so Im going to get that checked out this week.

The HIDA scan will pick up gallbladder physical function issues that ultrasound and bloodwork will not. For example, I had upper right abdominal pain but bloodwork and ultrasound didn’t show any issue. The HIDA scan was done and it showed I have biliary dyskinesia which is due to my gallbladder only ejecting 7% bile when it should be ejecting a minimum of 35%-40% bile after fatty meals.

Definitely get your lymph nodes checked with ultrasound and fine needle aspiration biopsy to check cells under a microscope.
