NO Acid Reflux or Hiatal Hernia yet Throat Clearing ALL DAY?

For those that have not been diagnosed with Acid Reflux or a Hiatal Hernia....do you find yourself needing to clear a substance from your throat all day long? It always feels like I have a "lump" in my throat. I will suck it up to get it out or do a mild huff cough to get it up and out.
