New meds for chronic pain sufferers?

I just read this article, which gives me hope for the possibility of pain relief in the not-to-distant future.

There is some talk of this drug in the neuropathy boards, but I thought it is worth sharing here

Thank you for sharing the article. I wish I could give you some hugs and answers. I have Central Pain Amplification in my entire body. I’m 65 and getting weaker every day. I know there is more to my diagnosis because my face, hands, feet, hips, etc. have all changed. I think it might be Erosive Osteoarthritis. Doctors seem dismissive. Pain is REAL. It’s a fact.
