Just to keep everyone up-to-date there will be a new Lung Cancer Registry launching on November 15, 2021.

"Lung Cancer Awareness Month comes with a New Lung Cancer Registry

The NEW and IMPROVED Lung Cancer Registry will launch on November 15th. To make the final updates and improvements, the Lung Cancer Registry will be temporarily unavailable from November 3rd – November 14th.

During this time, you will not be able to log in, view your information, or take surveys.
