Hello, read this artical from the FDA dated January 30th, 2020, about dangers of Gabapentin, Lyrica and other drugs. Welcome @tlock47, I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to find much relief for your neuropathy pain from the back surgeries. I know this must be really difficult to deal with on a daily basis. I'm wondering if you might find the following discussion started by @jenniferhunter helpful:

I am so sorry to hear of all your troubles. I have had similar but not as bad as yours. I have not yet found pain relief. I have only had to learn ways to minimize and then accept through prayer and meditation. My pain is always present even as I write. I have simply learned to live. I don't know if that's what you want to hear but that's where I am.

I am so sorry to hear of all your troubles. I have had similar but not as bad as yours. I have not yet found pain relief. Comforting to know that I am not alone. Thanks for replying, I can empathixe with you. Over the past decades I have been at many different places with my situation. Right now I am in a good place. Recently moved and was saved from the worst place I have ever been. I was no longer circling the drain I was down in the trap, and one push from over. Thru my wife's obediance and a great big pull from God. I am now on the counter and moving away from the sink. The move has caused me to look for a new pain doc. I have been with the previous doc for seventeen years. Nervous but praying for the right doc. I don't know if you are on facebook or use messenger, but I would be interested in hearing your story. Also I am researching new developments and would be interested in any procedures or medications you have tried. Tried to post reply containing my email. Was not allowed as a new member of site. I will try again in a few days.
