Neuropathy - will b12 injections help?.

Would some know if neuropathy causes muscle spasms, not hardly able to walk? Had a couple of falls. I am not able to get help and have been asking. Would be 12 injections help me?

Hello @2620, Welcome to Connect. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to get any help after having a couple of falls and trouble with walking. We are all patients like yourself and would have no way of knowing if B12 injections will help with your symptoms. I think it depends on your diagnosis and possibly have a deficiency of B12. You mentioned that you have not been able to get help. Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy or had any tests for neuropathy?
