Hello @zander44, I would like to join Becky @becsbuddy in providing some suggestions you might find helpful. You will notice that we added to your discussion title to hopefully bring in other members who might also have some suggestions. @artscaping and others have mentioned using yoga and may have some suggestions to try.

Diagnosed 5 years ago: whatever you do...do not stop moving. Walking, weights, yoga, pilates etc...workout like your life depends on it as from a "qualitative" perspective, it does. Suggest HOKA shoes plus Scholl's jell inserts.

I have received the PROTOCOL 525.
Like to start tomorrow, but I thought I ask you the following now.
Currently taking HBP meds.
Currently taking neuro/ meds

NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN STOP TAKING ALL EXISTING MEDS
AS I TAKE THE PROTOCOL?

Or whom to call?

Missed the 8 pm Zoom meeting

Could NOT CONNECT FOR 2o mins.

Tried my computer and another cell and the issue seemed to be
Range connectivity.

Like to know if recorded.

Good night Sir.
