Net attached to a small bile duct

My NET is slow growing. I recently had liver ablation on 5 but they didn't take a small 1 attached to a small bile duct might have made me "sick". I also have 2 "very small spots" one on bone 1 on my sacrum 1 on my sternum. Any one else? Has it made you "sick" and in what way? Thank you
