Nervous about hard lumps on jaw line...

I had a bad tooth removed a couple weeks ago thinking that was the cause of the main issue...no such luck. The jaw line on one side is noticeably swollen with two hard lumps along it. I am seeing an oral surgeon tomorrow but I just am so nervous about this. It's not an "easy" place to poke around. Anyone had anything like this?

It was a complete waste of time. He just said to get a CT Scan as soon as possible. I tried getting in sooner than this coming Sunday but no luck so far.

I'm sorry to hear that today's appointment offered little insight. I hope you can get an earlier CT scan. Keep us posted.
