Need some advice/opinions

I was diagnosed with Schizotypal Personality Disorder, Schizoid Personality Disorder, and Schizoaffective Disorder back in 2019. Do all these diagnoses together mean that I have schizophrenia? I barely leave my apartment. I don’t trust anyone. I don’t let anyone get close to me. My own family don’t understand me. I used to let people get close but they just treated me like crap because I was “different”. I’ve never been able to maintain relationships with people I do trust, they usually just abandon me and never speak to me again. I’m used to it though. Sorry for the rant. I’m just very depressed. Thanks for the advice/opinion that anyone can offer.
