Need help understanding

Hello first off sorry for grammar I have never been very good at it so my apologies here goes.

it started under a year ago I had stomach issues and the persisted to about a month ago where I got a UTI noticed blood when I peed(scary to see blood come out your penis no pain or burning sensations, I got put on antibiotics which didn't work then got put on others which worked and magically my stomach problems up and buggered off at the same time and then a few days after I stopped the antibiotics I woke up one morning with burning needle pricks all over my body and touching something with my foot felt like it was on fire and my right leg got weaker, I can still walk I just can feel it, a week later I was having on bed playing a game then I moved my right arm and a surge of pain hit my arm and what felt like a stabbing pain went down my arm to my hand which has resulted in weakness of my right arm, I can still use it normally it's just weaker I had stinging sensations on skin while laying on bed and itchiness started a few days ago while laying in bed all over my body, I have to literally wear clothes like shirt and trousers to bed to stop the itch which seems to work(yes I changed the sheets and duvet cover).

I have also been waking up with weakness and nausea until I eat something then it wears away and woke up with a twitch in my right arm it's small but there, I have no slurred speech a little bit of tension in my head(not that much) eyes are ok and cant get an erection and no numbness as far as I know, my gp did a stand up and walk and flicked my finger test and said not a common symptom of ms put in an appointment for a few weeks but my symptoms are getting slightly worse and worse or it may be my anxiety Heightening the symptom's

I just wanted to ask if anyone had issues like this or has some knowledge to what could cause this and again sorry for the bad grammer.

What was the name of the antibiotic? I've read some horror stories about side effects caused by antibiotics, particularly Cipro.

I’ve had horrible nerve pain on that drug. Will never take it or anything related to it again. Cipro is in the same class as the Nitro…

@beachlife67 if you don't mind me asking how long did it take for you to recover from the nerve issues?

I was already dealing with a lot of nerve pain, so it just exacerbated my problem. I normally have only tingling and buzzing going down my legs and have no problem sleeping. While taking that medication I had so much pain and couldn’t sleep at all. I only took it for five days and my pain went down to its usual level probably within a couple of days of stopping.
