Neck Crepitus

Anyone have a successful exercise to suggest for neck crepitus? Mine is on the right side of my neck, not painful, just a popping sound with certain movements, and slightly affecting hearing in my right ear at times.

Hi @saganjames, I had not heard the term neck crepitus but I'm sure a lot of us in the older generation have it to some degree. A few years back I took a safe driving class for 55 and over to get an insurance discount and one of the things we learned was neck exercises to help with your neck movement to help when driving. The exercises were the same as the ones described here:
--- Neck Arthritis: Exercises: https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Health/aftercareinformation/pages/conditions.aspx?hwid=zp4385&

There is also a good explanation along with a link to more exercises at the bottom of this article.

@letsolve and @bbtn have posted about crepitus in other discussions and may also have some suggestions for exercises.
