Anyone have info about Namodenoson for pancreatic cancer?

Heard on the news about namodenoson a couple nights ago. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with it? Thanks.

In March 2025, the FDA approved compassionate use treatment with the anti-cancer drug Namodenoson for a pancreatic cancer patient, highlighting a potential new avenue for treatment in a disease with limited options, despite the drug not yet being fully approved.

Hi sheridanb, I haven't heard about this but, my cancer is terminal and inoperable. I am stage 4 and was diagnosed in Sept. of 2024. I will ask my Dr. about this. Thank you for the info. Regards, Kathy74

same situation with my husband. His oncologist just recommended taking a break from chemo as the chemo has been so hard on him. And I'm not sure now that he can start up again on it, so we are looking for trials or something else that can help. Dan has been on chemo, two different regimens for about 1.5 years.
