My MRI Report - Opinions

Just looking for any opinions or feedback on my mri report.

It states I have one lesion 1.2cm…then in summary calls it a nodule.

Here is the report :

Prostate Volume: 172 cc.
There are multiple circumscribed and encapsulated benign prostatic
hyperplasia nodules in the transition zone (PIRADS 2).
Lesion #1:
Location: Right lateral transition zone of the mid gland (series 501 image
14)
T2: 1.2 cm mild hypointensity is predominantly encapsulated
DWI: Moderate diffusion restriction
PIRADS: 3

IMPRESSION:
PI-RADS : 3 Atypical BPH nodule with diffusion restrictions in the right transition zone

Glad that you are hanging in there. Did you have issues for a while or was it due to a rising PSA.

Glad that you are hanging in there. Did you have issues for a while or was it due to a rising PSA.

@indyguy No...... that's the good thing. Nothing other than the occasional urge incontinence when the wife drags me shopping for hours on end with no escape.
But it was a PSA test that I didn't even ask for & never heard of.

No DRE (thank God) and a routine blood test (which usually results in an email saying "Your cholesterol is still too high. Lose some weight, fatty").
PSA kept creeping up, so my doc referred me to a urologist for an opinion.

Glad you still have a sense of humor lol.
The prostate is very complicated….seems like women should have one lol.
