Multiple iliopsoas tendon release surgeries after THA

Has anyone had to have repeat iliopsoas tendon release surgeries after a total hip replacement? I’ve had ongoing hip pain in my surgical hip and front of thigh and had to have my tendon released three times. (My THA was in 2021. Now my pain has returned again and I’m feeling very frustrated about this. I’ve seen my orthopedic surgeon again but don’t understand what we’re doing now. ??? I kind of feel like I’ve fallen through the cracks with their office. I don’t want to be “that patient” but I’m tired of the pain. I almost feel like it’s not worth my time going back to them for (again) another appointment.
