Multiple Bosniak IIF and one III,
I have two Bosniak IIF and one Bosniak III, I have polycystic kidney disease. I have multiple septated cysts in BOTH kidneys. What should I expect to happen next??
When I seen my urologist last week she said if they thought cancer they would “just remove my kidney”, but I have a IIF and multiple other cysts in the other kidney. What is my outlook?
Thank you in advance! This is all new to me! In 2010 one of the imaging tests that was done (and I didn’t read), said I had medical renal disease. Nothing was done until last Wednesday, now labs and imaging… I am absolutely terrified. Please help me to better understand!!!

This is the exact results…
Multiple bilateral renal cysts. Several of the cysts demonstrate multiple thin internal septations consistent with Bosniak type II F lesions. One of the cystic lesions in the anterior interpolar left kidney demonstrates equivocal internal enhancement and measures approximately 2.6 cm. Additional exophytic lesion at the superior pole of the right kidney demonstrates internal septations with internal enhancement which is compatible with a Bosniak type III lesion. Further characterization with renal protocol MRI recommended.
