Mthfr pain level after COVID-19 vaccine

I'm 53. Have had multiple blood clots from a double mutation of the mthfr gene. I have chronic pain issues from mthfr. Dr's refuse to do anything for except through a bandaid on the symptoms and tell me learn to live with it. Since I had my first vaccine shot I have noticed a significant increase in my pain level and was wondering if anyone else has noticed a increase
