MRI reading: Is a second opinion covered by insurance?

What is the procedure necessary for a second opinion of an mri brain scan..is this covered by insurance ? can an mri brain scan be digitally sent to you? uncertain if tumor or cyst. If not covered by insurance what is approximate range of cost.

I'm on original Medicare Plan F. Was told Medicare may not cover telehealth 2nd opinions.

1) anyone know will Medicare cover a 2nd opinion tele-health?
2) approximate cost of 2nd opinion from Mayo?
3) will a team of Physicians review my MRIs and Myelogram; or just one?
