MProtein in blood 0.5, should I worry? How can you keep those numbers?

My M Protein is 0.5. Im 75 I work full time, I feel pretty good, just have problems with Sinus’! Should I worry , is there any way that # can come down.

I need HELP from ya”ll. My M Protein is . 5. can I get it to come down, I’m scared crazy. No symptoms, I DO BELIEVE IN GOD, I know he will be with me, but would Live to get to know others with same issue. Thank You.
