With a grateful heart to my chain starter and of course Mayo Clinic, I watched the movie Abundant, which honors all kidney donors, particularly those who are altruistic; they are truly rare breeds, one in a million.

@mayo2go, Thanks for sharing the information. It is good to read your summary that it "honors all kidney donors, particularly those who are altruistic; they are truly rare breeds, one in a million." I went to the link that you shared and read that, "ABUNDANT is a documentary film that follows the unbelievable events that occurred when a cast of kidney donors came together to create a live staged storytelling show." Wow! That is amazing! totally unlike a Hollywood version about organ transplant!

Ken, It sounds like you are blessed with a kidney from a living donor. What is one thing that stood out as exceptionally meaningful to you during the viewing?
