Morrow Edema after a fusion

I had a failed L4-S1 fusion in 2023 my last MRI shows pseudoarthrosis and morrow with Edema. Has anyone had this problem I’m seeing the surgeon Thursday that refused to order another MRI so my PCP ordered it

Surgeon wasn’t happy with radiologist putting that on my report for me to see he said I didn’t have it. Only good thing is he decided to order a Ct scan , hopefully it will show what’s going on! I also had an MRi of my neck and I have 2 pinched nerves and my spinal cord is starting to pinch according to the report but he says it’s nothing to worry about
