Anyone have rectal mucus and hemorrhoids after radiation?

"I underwent radiation therapy for prostate cancer about a year ago. Since then, I've had recurring episodes of clear rectal mucus that soaks through my underwear and gauze, with occasional bright red bleeding and visible hemorrhoids."
