Mixed Signals about prostate health
Okay, soon to be 69.
I've seen many posts about Prostate health and ED or penial insensitivity.
Some in medical establishment recommend semen retention and abstinence from masturbation to help solve the ED problem. On the other hand (pun intended) I read where men need to regularly (several times a week) have orgasm either through intimacy or masturbation to keep the prostate healthy through the fluid release. (afraid my wife of 40yrs isn't in the mood for that on a weekly basis!)
So I'm puzzled about the best recommendation for good prostate health without causing the insensitivity of the penis and not being to finish due to too many hands on exercises. Suggestion?
I'd love to hear some comments and medical advice.
Thanks BeachDude

Welcome @beachdude, My mixed thoughts are slowly fading away at 81. I do have an enlarged prostrate and diagnosed with BPH, so I do try and stay on my wife of almost 60 years good side 🙃. I try to focus on eating healthy and staying active. I'm sure there may be others to offer suggestions but thought I would share what I found.

I am 67. 20 years ago, when I had BPH surgery, the Urologist said 3X per week was needed for good prostate health
