Mitotic Spindle -ANA positive abnormal

Hi.
I just got labs back and saw that my ANA came back positive Abnormal Mitotic Spindle Patterns? I have apt at Mayo in May for GI issues.
I had Melanoma in 2019
May Thurners syndrome and Pelvic Congestion stented and coils,
Fibromyalgia- several GI issues that lead me to having a Total Colectomy in 2023 and now my small intestines having issues along with other GI issues.
Plus tons of other health issues.
When I looked up Mitotic Spindle it says rare and nothing else aside from possible lupus and other autoimmune conditions. Not sure what questions to ask, if this could be related to all my vascular and GI issues or what others did if they have similar lab?? Thank you
