MGUS plus Rheumatoid Arthritis

I was diagnosed with both MGUS ( had a Pet scan and a bone marrow biopsy) and Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2022. I am currently on an Orencia infusion and a low dose of Prednisone (3 mg. daily) for RA. I am concerned about what effect suppressing my immune system with the RA drugs may have on the ability of my immune system to keep MGUS in check. My Hematologist and my Rheumatologist are in good contact and feel that this approach is safe. My RA is under very good control. Any experience with this combination of issues?
