messenteric panniculitus diagnosis last March 2025

Diagnosed with messenteric panniculitus in March 2025. Already deal with IBS with constipation. Treated with prednisone in March for about 6 weeks. Dr put me on fodmap diet in August/Sept. Had a lot of gaestro issues. Dr. performed endoscopy, no real serious issues (some gaestritis and acid reflux). Late October had severe vomitng. Ended up in hospital for 6 days. Treated symptoms and discharged me saying it look like all it is is inflammation! PetScan in Dec was negative for cancer. Im on a mediterranean, anti inflammation diet. But having a real issue with constipation. Taking linzess but cant say it is really helping. Im also taking 2 stool softeners at night and prune juice. Also having bouts of nausea, anxiety and fatigue. Any suggestions would be greatlly appreciated.
