Menopause at 66 hot flashes

Hi
I was taken off HRT December 2023 because they found breast cancer and after surgery it was hormone positive. I had been on HRT for 13 years now it is like a living hell. I feel like I'm going crazy mood swings depression panic attacks and horrible hot flashes at night that I feel like I want to scream. They look at you like you're crazy because they will not give you anything I think it's so cruel I have tried ssris they do not work for me I can't tolerate them any suggestions on what to do. I am trying a homeopathic called menoforce it is supposed to help hot flashes but so far I'm not feeling anything different I just want to feel like myself again. Trying cbd . My new young g.p. 32 took away my .5 lorezepam which i used for panic attacks. And my tinnitus. I am going into see him in march to get my script back. Everyone in my breast cancer group has it as we all have anxiety from bradt cancer. These drs need to be educated on menopause. I wish my female dr had not retired

We live in a small town but we do have female doctors, but when we
first got here I traveled to see one. I would look outside of your community.
Are there any over-the-counter meds you might try?? good luck. K
