Since going off my H.R.T.My skin is so horribly dry and itchy.I have tried everything. I just picked up gold bond for crepey corrector. Wondering if anyone else has used this And had any luck. If you have suggestions of what does work please let me know.

I have the same problem. I read that it may be helpful to look at your diet and try to incorporate more oily fish, nuts, fruits, water, etc. Things that can lubricate you from the inside out. Other than that, I was told to look for the ceramide creams like CeraVe. Good luck!
Hi
My diet is good. I tried crave didn't. Help. My skin.
Is already feeling better since I tried this gold bond for crepe skin. Fingers crossed.
Hi,
I'm sorry about your itchy, dry skin! Menopause can cause so many problems! Since I went through it, I can't drink anything with caffeine in it such as cola, coffee etc. Water is excellent for dry skin and drink a lot of it. It's good for your whole body. As we age, we seem to need more water; at least I do. Any good quality skin cream will help. I hope the Gold Bond works for you. I buy Macy's skin cream. It works good for me.

I take powdered multi collagen protein and it really helps with dry skin, healthy hair and nails. It also helps with joint pain. There are a variety of brands available. I add mine to protein smoothies. Some add to their coffee or tea. You can really add it to many things. It takes a couple weeks to start noticing improvements and after a month really noticeable.
