Members near Denver, CO: Help us improve the patient portal

Do you live in the Denver, Colorado area?

The Mayo Clinic design team is seeking feedback on Mayo Clinic’s patient portal and conducting in-person interviews near Denver April 10 to April 12.

Session Type & Location
One-on-one sessions held in-person in the Arvada/Westminster area of North Denver. Transportation will not be provided. You will need to cover the cost of transportation and/or parking.

Date & Time
Sessions will be held April 10-12. If selected to participate, you will be able to pick a 45-minute time slot that's convenient for you between the hours of 11:30am and 5pm MDT.

Experience
During the 45-minute session, a member of our design team will ask you to interact with new design concepts on a mobile phone or computer and ask follow-up questions. The interaction will be recorded for note-taking purposes.

Selected participants will receive a $110 digital gift card after completion of their session.
