Major depressive disorder (MDD), meds not working

I tried several medications.
Don’t work. Need to get healthy to return to work.
Tms only a stop gap.
Any breakthrough medications?

Auvelity is a newer medication that is somewhat different than most antidepressants on the market. You may consider asking your doctor about it.
Personally I had horrible side effects so I’m not exactly the spokesperson for this med. However I know that my personal experience is not data and I hope it works for others. It’s just not for me.
