As best I can tell, this has NOTHING to do with Mayo, it leads to an Internet ad for some CBD Gummies.
Just to let you know, Mayo would be very unhappy to see their name used like this...they do not sponsor or endorse products.
So, if you are suffering with tinnitus like I do, there are lots of discussions here on Connect about coping. Just type in "tinnitus" in the search box on the home page, and choose a discussion that interests you.

Hi @uga1219, thank you for reporting this misuse of Mayo Clinic's name. I will report this to our legal department. Unfortunately companies use Mayo Clinic on social media and e-newsletter spam to sell their unfounded products and claim false cures. The example from Facebook in not true.
