Maxillary Retention Cyst and Chronic Migraine

My 15 year old daughter has been suffering with a migraine that has lasted 442 days. An MRI back in 2024 revealed that she has a right maxillary mucous retention cyst. We were told by an ENT it was not related to the migraine. Pediatric neurology has been unable, through medications and sphenopalatine ganglion blocks, to break the migraine cycle. We have pursued elimination diets, acupuncture, laser treatments, physical therapy, and osteopathic manipulation and nothing has worked. Could the retention cyst actually be causing this migraine pain?

Ive been suffering with chronic migraines for years and have also had 2 mris showing cyst in my maxilliary sinus, I was also told by migraine specialist that it wouldnt be the cause but Im not convinced Ive read some people with these cysts have had chronic migraines and felt better once the cyst was treated, its worth a try Im organising to see a ENT specialist and hopefully get some treatment, wishing you the best of luck, migraines are just awful...
