After years of trying I was able to secure an online script for LDN. I am now at 8 mgs which is good enough to tone down some of my general pain syndrome and background delayed pain from exercise. It has minimal effect on my SI joint pain/stenosis, but I'm not certain about the effect since I am unwilling to stop taking to determine that effect. I have had no side effects and I can consult with the on-line MD quarterly on my progress.
Fortunately, I also was able to secure medical pot via my former PCP who was registered to prescribe in FLA. I have been experimenting with dosage for three years. 5 mgs of THC in the morning and 5 mgs of THC in the evening are really helpful in terms of further blunting general pain and reducing some neuropathic symptoms in my feet. Before bed I take about 10 mgs of CBD with 2 mgs of THC (two edibles). Great for sleep.
I also take alpha lipoic acid (1200 mgs), benfitiamine (600 mgs), quercetin (200 mgs), MSM (3 grams), SAM-e (200 mgs) daily to further fortify my battle with pain.

Like others, I am really interested in strains of marijuana that people have found successful in reducing the burning pain I have in my legs and feet. I've been told that Indica is better for sleeping but Sativa is best for staying awake. I've tried lots of 2.5 - 5.0 mg of Sativa brands, but find I get wobbly in my balance and can't say it reduces the pain. Suggestions of your own experience would be so helpful!!! Thanks so much.

I’m sorry you’re not getting relief. I have had success with gummies. My favorites came from Michigan, I tried several different ones and had success with all of them. They were all 5 mg, I would eat half of one. Those were very affordable. Then I had to refill in WI, much more expensive but they are 10 mg. My boyfriend has arthritis pain and these help him too. Yesterday we tried Kite Soda which has 10 mg also. It worked great for both of us. I’m careful with the dosage as I’ve lost my balance ability and getting stoned does not help;)
